I am a driven and passionate individual who has always stayed true to my values and morals, even in the face of challenges. With a background in marketing and a degree from Hampton University, I began my career in sales, management, and modeling before discovering my love for photography. After the birth of my son, Brenton, I became dedicated to capturing life's precious moments and have since become a full-time photographer with over 10 years of experience. My journey has taken me from event photography to hosting a morning radio show, "Michael and Joi in the Morning," where I interviewed over 1500 guests and live-streamed many of the shows.

My experience with live streaming led to the creation of the Joistik, a device that allows for simultaneous live streaming or recording on multiple platforms and devices. I am currently working on expanding the Joistik, as well as growing my photography business, Joi Pearson Photography. Additionally, I am pursuing other creative projects, including writing another book and developing a new talk and TV venture with my husband, Ken Stokes. Through it all, I remain committed to giving my best every day and striving to make myself and those around me proud.
