Deze unieke locatie biedt een 200m² studio en 200m² sportzaal in een historische loods uit de jaren '30, beschikbaar voor fotoshoots en videoprojecten van mei tot oktober. De studio op de benedenverdieping kan naar wens worden ingericht en beschikt over een daglichtset, backdrops, meubilair, planten en props, met adembenemende bakstenen muren als achtergrond. De sportzaal op de bovenverdieping is ingericht met grasmatten, racks en professioneel sportmateriaal, ideaal voor sport- en fitness shoots, maar leningt zich ook voor andere thema's en stijlen.

In de wintermaanden (november-april) kan de studio wat koud zijn vanwege de moeilijke verwarming, maar er worden wel voorzieningen getroffen zoals een hittekanon, terrasverwarmers en gratis koffie en thee.Het is mogelijk om ook in de winter te komen fotograferen, maar het is aan te raden om vooraf contact op te nemen om de mogelijkheden te bespreken.
